Registration of information in connection with purchase

In connection with the purchase of goods at www.jomr.dk, you consent to us registering and processing individual personal data.

We only register general personal data about the customer: name, address, phone number and email address and information about what you have purchased.

The collection of personal data is always in accordance with applicable legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your consent is given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).

The purpose of collecting this information is to process the purchase, deliver the goods and fulfil the requirements of the Bookkeeping Act. It also allows us to advise you and customise our communication and marketing.

The above data is stored for min. 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 12 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. If you then ask to be deleted, it will of course be done immediately, however, within the framework of the rules of the Bookkeeping Act. After 5 years, all data will be deleted. We do not register any special categories of personal data, cf. Article 9 of the Data Protection Regulation.

The director of Delphi Trading ApS is the data controller and has access to the information registered about you. jomr.dk does not sell your information. Your information is only disclosed to our technical support, newsletter system and for use in our ERP system. This disclosure is only done in order to jomr.dk can comply with Danish legislation and for the store to maintain operations.

We do everything we can to treat your personal data securely and confidentially, including by ensuring that our systems are secured as well as possible against any attacks. However, we reserve the right to update the information on this page on an ongoing basis, which is why we encourage our customers to always check this page for any new customisations.

Your rights

We ask for your consent before we process your personal data for the purposes described above, unless we have a lawful basis for obtaining it without consent. In that case, you will be informed of such basis and of our legitimate interest in processing your personal data.

The customer has the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about themselves and can thus object to a registration. Inquiries in this connection should be addressed to: hello@justonemorerow.dk.

Newsletters

When you sign up for our newsletter, you consent to us registering and processing your name and e-mail address and information about what you have purchased. We only pass on your information to the supplier responsible for the technical sending of our newsletters.

The purpose of collecting this data is so that we can send you emails with information about offers, back in stock items and other similar content.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and thus withdraw your consent. We will then delete your e-mail address and name so that you no longer receive newsletters from us, cf. Article 17 of the GDPR. All newsletter subscribers will be deleted after 5 years, cf. the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Cookies and analytical tools

The information (cookies) we collect about all visitors to www.justonemorerow.dk is used solely for the purpose of improving your user experience, assessing how specific elements are used, and to support our marketing. The technical cookies we use on www.jomr.dk is used, among other things, to ensure that the webshop keeps track of which items you have put in the basket.

Through cookies we improve store accessibility, enhance the user experience and search functions, and provide us with information about customer demographics, favourite products, purchase frequency, time and date. Customers are kindly asked to accept the use of cookies.

We use Google Analytics to help us measure certain traffic on our webshop, which will ultimately help make it a better shopping experience www.justonemorerow.dk. This allows us to customise and create content and services that match users' interests and wishes.

Third-party cookies

www.justonemorerow.dk uses various third-party cookies, which sometimes also make use of cookies. These can be deselected at any time. When we use third-party cookies, it is in order to keep statistics on visits. With Google Analytics, for example, we can analyse which pages are used and how much time is spent on them.
