Placing an order

Presentation of goods together with a price of www.jomr.eu is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make an offer. Buyer's ordering of goods from www.jomr.eu is a binding offer to www.jomr.eu to purchase the goods on the stated terms. A binding agreement between the buyer and www.jomr.eu is only concluded when www.jomr.eu by an invoice accepts the offer made by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

Delivery - Prices & Warranty

All prices are shown incl. VAT in Danish kroner. Prices are always daily prices and only valid on the day of order. Prices may fluctuate if there are promotions or special offers. Shipping costs are added to all orders. The customer chooses the shipping method at the end of the order. The customer will receive an email with an order confirmation and when the order is dispatched from stock. The delivery time is normally 2 - 3 working days when the buyer orders goods that are in stock to an address in Denmark. The delivery time will be stated with each order. If an item is not in stock in the quantity ordered, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and informed of an expected delivery time.

Your goods will be delivered safely and securely with the carrier mentioned on the website. Price and delivery conditions will be stated on the website in connection with the purchase.

We are not liable for direct or indirect losses as a result of late delivery or circumstances beyond our control, nor can we be held liable for the costs of any incorrect delivery.

Payment options

Entered card details are sent directly to PBS in encrypted form (SSL). This means that no one other than you can see this information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the item leaves our warehouse.

We accept Visa, VisaDankort and Mastercard.

Delivery & Advice

Check the packaging for damage and defects before signing the consignment note. If you are unsure whether the item may be damaged due to minor defects in the packaging, you can receive the item with reservations (this is written on the consignment note). If the packaging/product is visibly damaged, you must reject it and let the carrier take it back.

Cancellation & Returns - Denmark and Germany

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receipt. The customer must notify the cancellation before the deadline expires. After this, the customer has 14 days to return the item itself.

In the case of partial delivery of an order, the right of cancellation runs from receipt of the last item. If the right of cancellation expires on a Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

When the customer returns the parcel, a note stating the name and order number must be included in the parcel. 
The customer cannot cancel their purchase by refusing to receive or pick up their parcel before it is returned to us. If you still refuse to receive your parcel or do not pick it up in time, you will be charged a return fee to pay for the freight back to our warehouse.

The goods must be returned so that the parcel can be traced to: Delphi Trading ApS, Servicevej 6, 4220 Korsør 

The customer pays for the return of goods. The goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the above address within the time limit. The parcel must be returned in the same name in which the order/cancellation is registered. We are unable to collect parcels sent to parcel shops, delivery points and the like. We will discourages especially the use of dao, as they are not deliverable at business addresses.

Items that the customer has cancelled and wishes to return must be in good condition (unbroken packaging) and the yarn must be unused, i.e. it must not be dirty or have a torn belly band. The goods may not be used and may only be examined in the same way as is permitted in a physical store. If the goods have been used and smell of food moss, smoke, mould or similar, so that they cannot be sold again, the right of cancellation lapses, as they have no commercial value and we are not able to refund the purchase price in that case.

When returning goods, the customer should also ensure that the goods are properly packed, as the customer is responsible for the goods until we receive them. The customer must therefore keep the postal receipt / track & trace number.

When an entire order is cancelled, the total order amount will be refunded (minus return shipping, which the customer pays for). If the customer cancels parts of the purchase, the amount refunded will be equal to the value of the returned goods.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods if the goods are acceptable (and not damaged). The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the purchase.

The customer has the option to use the Consumer Contracts Act Standard cancellation form.

The cancellation period is met if the customer sends a notice of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Complaints

If a product is defective or faulty, the rules in the Consumer Sales chapter of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.

The customer can complain about defects or deficiencies within 2 years from the time of delivery. This can be done by e-mail: hello@justonemorerow.dk

Please inform the customer what the problem is with as much detail as possible. Please send pictures of defects/defects before returning defective goods. If the complaint is justified and there is documentation of the shipping costs, we will refund the customer's reasonable shipping costs. The goods must be packed securely and cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery. Return of goods must be done in the same way as for returns, see under
” Cancellation & Returns ” further up. Save the postal receipt and receipt for shipping costs, possibly with a track and trace number.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods, and the customer is thus obliged to examine the goods as soon as possible after receipt.
