If you want the garment in a solid colour, it's possible:

CROCHET NEEDLE:
DROPS CROCHET HOOK SIZE 3.5.

CHOPPING SPEED:
18 single crochet in width and 21 rows in height with 2 strands on crochet hook size 3.5 = 10 x 10 cm.
18 half double crochets in width and 16 rows in height with 2 strands on crochet hook size 3.5 mm = 10 x 10 cm.
REMEMBER: The crochet hook size is only a guideline. If you get too many stitches in 10 cm, switch to a thicker crochet hook, or if you get too few stitches in 10 cm, switch to a thinner crochet hook.
