We also love Drops yarns because they prioritise good raw materials. It matters where the products we hold in our hands come from.

Drops Design sets requirements for human rights as well as animal welfare and durability. Drops Design also follows EU regulations when it comes to these important points. For example, Drops focuses on ensuring that their range of wool is mulesing-free. The silk used is cruelty-free. This means that the silk is produced without harming or killing the silk worm. Only silk scraps and cocoons where the butterfly has flown are used.

Some Drops yarns are superwash treated. This means that the wool undergoes a process to make the wool resistant so that it does not shrink or filter when washed.
All superwash yarns from Drops Design are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, produced in the EU and comply with EU legislation on emissions and the environment.
