The form is not an automatic cancellation, return authorisation or refund.

We assess your enquiry manually, taking into account the order status, delivery/collection date, cancellation period and any applicable exceptions.

We have this form because it’s an EU requirement 🙂 It simply sends us an email with the same information as the one you receive. If you’re unsure about anything, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us (we honestly think that’s easier and simpler)
