Drops Paris is spun from several fine threads of pure cotton. The fibres breathe and absorb heat well, making clothes knitted in cotton both cool and warm.
The yarn is soft to wear and has both a delicate and rustic look. Drops Paris is available in two variants: uni colour, which is made from 100% combed cotton, and recycled denim, which is made from 100% recycled cotton.
Both types are easy to knit and crochet and are ideal for beginners and for interior projects such as potholders, washcloths, towels and tea towels. The yarn is also a good choice for people with sensitive skin as it doesn't itch or sting.

Here are some guidelines for washing clothes in Paris. Cotton can tend to shrink in the wash, so make sure you measure the garment before washing so you can mould it to the right measurements after washing:
The solid Paris uni colours can be washed at 60 degrees, but the recycled denim colours are more delicate and should only be washed at 40 degrees to avoid shrinkage.
Please note: If you want to wash a project that is a combination of this and another yarn, follow the washing instructions for the yarn with the finest/most delicate fibres.
