Drops Andes yarn is a 2-strand classic spun blend of superfine alpaca and wool. The fibres have only been washed and are made without chemical treatment.

Drops Andes is a 2-strand traditionally spun yarn consisting of 65% wool and 35% superfine alpaca. The alpaca fibres give the yarn a silky smooth surface, while the wool adds stability. The natural fibres are untreated, which means that they are only washed and not subjected to chemical treatment before dyeing. This preserves the natural properties of the fibre and gives the yarn both better shape and a beautiful texture. Drops Andes is easy to work with on thicker knitting needles and crochet hooks. Andes is particularly suitable for felting. Andes is also ideal for winter clothing, accessories and interior projects.
