KNITTING SPEED:
BEFORE FILTERING:
15 stitches in width and 28 rows in height with garter stitch on 6 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
AFTER FELTING:
20 stitches in width and 32 rows in height with garter stitch on 6 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
REMEMBER: Needle numbers are for guidance only. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to thicker needles or if you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to thinner needles.
