Goals:
Dimensions before felting: Diameter: approx. 36 cm. Height: approx. 24 cm.
Dimensions after felting: Diameter: approx. 23 cm. Height: approx. 14 cm.

Yarn:
Drops Snow
150 g colour no. 01, natural
200 g f.nr 46, medium grey

Needles and tension:
8 mm knitting needles
8 mm circular needles, 80 cm long – or the needle size you need to achieve 11 sts x 15 rows in stocking stitch over 10 x 10 cm before felting.
After felting 13 sts x 25 rows on 10 x 10 cm.

Holiday Project is a knitting pattern for a felted basket with stars. The basket is knitted in Drops Snow, which is a thick wool yarn, and is felted after knitting to give it a firm and decorative finish. Before felting, the basket measures approx. 36 cm in diameter and 24 cm in height, whilst after felting Measures approx. 23 cm in diameter and 14 cm in height. The design, in natural and medium grey, is perfect for winter, Christmas, storage and cosy home décor
