Fairy Flurry Balaclava

Knitted elephant hat/balaclava for children in Drops Fiesta. The piece is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch and ribbing. Sizes 2–14 years.

PINDE:
DROPS CIRCULAR NEEDLE size 3,5 mm: Length 40 cm and 60 cm.
DROPS ROUND PINDLE NR 3: Length 40 cm.
The technique MAGIC LOOP can be used - you only need one 80 cm circular needle in each row number.

KNITTING SPEED:
22 stitches in width and 30 rows in height with stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
REMEMBER: Needle numbers are for guidance only. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to thicker needles or if you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to thinner needles.
