BEFORE FILTERING:
17 stitches in width and 22 rows in height with stockinette stitch on 5 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
REMEMBER: Needle numbers are for guidance only. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to thicker needles or if you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to thinner needles.
AFTER FELTING:
24 stitches in width and 38 rows in height with stockinette stitch on size 5 needles = 10 x 10 cm.
