10 stitches across and 14 rows in stockinette stitch using 2 strands of yarn = 10 x 10 cm.

Sticks:
9.00 mm double-pointed needles
Circular needles, size 9.00, in lengths of 60 cm and 80 cm, for stocking stitch using 2 strands of yarn
7.00 mm double-pointed needles for the stockinette-stitch edge on the sleeves
7.00 mm circular needles, 40 cm and 80 cm long, for the stockinette-stitch edging at the neckline and along the bottom edge of the back and front panels.
Needle numbers are for guidance only. If you get too many stitches in 10 cm, change to thicker needles. If you get too few stitches in 10 cm, change to thinner needles.
