Moon Dancer Slippers

Knitted and felted slippers. The piece is knitted from toe to heel. Size 35-43.

SIZE:
Shoe size: 35/37 – 38/40 – 41/43
Length of the slipper after felting: 24-27-29 cm (roomy fit).
Length of the slipper before felting: 44½-50-53½ cm (roomy fit).

YARN:
DROPS SNOW from Garnstudio (belongs to yarn group E)
200-200-200 g colour 87, Mist

PINDE:
DROPS ROUND PINDLE NR 8: Length 40 cm.
DROPS POWER PIN NR 8.
The technique MAGIC LOOP can be used - you only need an 80 cm circular needle.

KNITTING SPEED:
BEFORE FILTERING:
11 stitches in width and 14 rows in height with stockinette stitch on 8 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm.
AFTER FELTING:
13.5 stitches in width and 26 rows in height = 10 x 10 cm.
REMEMBER: Needle numbers are for guidance only. If you get too many stitches on 10 cm, change to thicker needles or if you get too few stitches on 10 cm, change to thinner needles.
