Knitting tension:
18 stitches in width and 23 rows in height with stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm.

Sticks:
4.50 mm knitting needles
4.50 mm circular needles, 40 cm long, for stockinette stitch
4.00 mm circular needles, 40 cm long, for ribbing
The needle sizes are for guidance only. If you end up with too many stitches per 10 cm, switch to thicker needles.
